MECHANICAL RESOURCES
Reverter Industries has several work bays of great dimenisons winch are equipped with various overhead-travelling cranes and heavy machinery to carry out large scale prejects in the boiler-making field.
The mechanical means at our disposal include lift-bridges and cutting machines; turners for metals and mechanizing of parts, in addition to an important section of welding and surface finishing. |

ELEVATION
Our installations are equipped with 8 travelling cranes distributed between 4 industrial work bays.

CUTTING
We have at our disposal various cutting machines wich are suitable for the different work we execute. We emphasize the shears, the plasma cutting machines, the band saws, the flane-cutter and the arc-welding equipment.

FORMING
We work with specified measurements in the boiler-making industry wich means that the work we carry out is varied. Moreover, the machinery we need has to allow us to work with plates of different thickness and therefore we have at our disposal two benders for plates and profiles two folding machines, one hydraulic press and a recession tool.

This section is equipped with 3 lathes to carry out the mechanizing of parts of differents dimensions. Axles, rollers, flanges. 1 lathe of up to 8000mm. in length.

WELDING
The welding section is one of the most important in all the work which we carry out, wether in boiler-making, set-ups or industrial maintenance. At our disposal we have different tools according to the project in hard. A pilar-welding machine for containers and pipes, and various tupes of other welding equipment.

- 1 Fusion Welding machine, for anchorages and bolts

SURFACE FINISHING
Most of the projects of manufacture demand cleanliness and treatment of the product at the end of the process. In order to accomplish this service we have various appliances for sdanding, painting and polishing.
